‘Mousehole series’
A collection of oil on paper studies, formed from a week spent documenting the landscape surrounding the little coastal village of Mousehole. A focus on colour and shape, each composition loosely suggests layers to the environment I spent absorbed in - some pick up on the bold marks and forms found contained in the harbour wall, while looser, wilder marks reference spots visited a short drive from Mousehole such as Gwynver and Zennor.
